EPIP Loans

Since 2008 EPIP has helped the preservation community take direct action when an important historic resource is threatened with disinvestment, neglect, or demolition by providing loan funds for acquisition, stabilization, or rehabilitation. We have loaned to individuals, nonprofit organizations, companies, and municipalities who have returned endangered historic properties to active use. Since the start of the program our loans have totaled more than $3 million. You can read more about our loan recipients below.

The EPIP program is currently on hiatus and we are not accepting applications for new lending.
