Project Description: An EPIP loan helped fund a restoration of the 1895 Clubhouse built as a residence for Joseph Steefel. Loan funds were focused on the restoration of the west bay which contains the monumental staircase and tall leaded glass windows, restoration of exterior masonry, and restoration of exterior windows. As a part of the project a handicapped accessible bathroom was installed in a former cloak room under the west bay staircase.

Project Status: The Club continues to raise funds to restore their clubhouse.
